Custom Reports
In addition to the more than 70 out-of-the-box reports on employee utilization, task allocation, timesheet completion, and more, ClickTime built a number of custom reports for Nidec — specific for their organization.
The custom reports extract data from multiple Clicktime sources and compile them to provide a comprehensive picture at how time is spent across various business and locations.
“These custom reports compile in a half an hour what used to take half a day to complete manually,” said Franklin.
Reports on employee time and activity can be segmented and displayed in the right format for the right audience, whether it’s a Nidec executive, the engineering team, or a project manager.
“ClickTime helps us better understand our project progress and resource utilization — and in an efficient manner,” said Franklin.
